WILLIAM GENTRY: I strongly believe that being a lawyer is a profession. It's, it's--the client puts trust in you and you have to respect that trust and earn that trust and keep that trust.
My father was a lawyer for over 50 years. He was a judge for a few years before he retired. My mother's father was a lawyer for about 35 years. So the, the tradition of the law runs deep in our family.

WILLIAM GENTRY: I served as president of the Cobb County Bar Association in 2001 and 2002, and in that position I got to work closely with judges and lawyers all around the county. Judges have gotten to know me well.

WILLIAM GENTRY: When I walk into court and present my client's problem, the judges know that when I make statements I have the facts and the evidence to substantiate it.

WILLIAM GENTRY: And I think they're more inclined to believe me because they know me. We offer free initial consultations because I want prospective clients to come in, into my office, sit down and meet me, find out who I am and I want to do the same with the prospective client.
